These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rhapsy LLC, a limited liability company formed in Oregon ("Rhapsy", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Zzzap mobile app and zzzap-app.com (collectively, "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Zzzap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zzzap is a mobile polling app that allows users to create and participate in polls with friends, groups, and contacts. The app is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You must sign in with Apple to use Zzzap. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for the polls you create and the content within them. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
The Zzzap name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of Rhapsy LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Zzzap may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Zzzap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on poll results.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zzzap at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
