These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rhapsy LLC, a limited liability company formed in Oregon ("Rhapsy", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Zzzap mobile app and zzzap-app.com (collectively, "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Zzzap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zzzap is a mobile decision-making app that allows users to create and answer quick group questions ("zzzaps") with friends and circles. The app is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zzzap. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may browse Zzzap without an account. To send zzzaps, follow people, or be discoverable to others, you must sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our Community Guidelines describe in plain language what is and is not welcome on Zzzap. They are part of these terms.
You are responsible for the zzzaps you create and the content within them, including questions, answer options, photos, write-in answers, and comments. There is no tolerance on Zzzap for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We may remove any content that violates these terms or the Community Guidelines, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that post it. Reported content is reviewed promptly, and users who post objectionable content may be ejected from the service.
You keep ownership of the content you create. So the app can work, you grant Rhapsy LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content, solely to operate and improve Zzzap. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where retention is required for legal or safety reasons.
The Zzzap name, logo, and app design are the intellectual property of Rhapsy LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Zzzap offers an optional premium tier, Zzzap Power, as an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with an introductory price of $9.99 for the first year of the annual plan where available. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings or from the Manage Subscription button in the app. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Zzzap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on zzzap results.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zzzap at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Zzzap is distributed through the Apple App Store. These terms are between you and Rhapsy LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
